This is How The Body Works
There is a fluid Life Force that pumps through our bodies, that is produced in the brain called Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (CSF). This liquid is known as the fluid of life and is one of the major components that make up the Central Nervous System (CNS), which controls the function of all your internal life processes within the physical body. It is the hydraulic, energetic mechanism of the body’s self-regulatory / restorative healing mechanism.
We have an energetic system, components of which are part of the etheric / energetic portion of the human body, and driver of the human experience. Our energetic body-anatomy consists of: Chakras, Meridian Points, Energy Channels, Energy Points, Health Rays, Aura / Biofield and other components.
Past negative physical and or emotional experiences / traumas from childhood, teenage years, young adult life, etc., cause unfelt, subconscious CSF fluid flow restrictions within the energetic body. Over time, the physical body in-turn creates physical pain, poor health, illness, painful symptoms, emotional distress, and a disconnect in the mind-body connection. Basically, your central and peripheral nervous systems are not getting adequate, symmetrical and full CSF flow.
Experiences of negative emotions (stress) and past unpleasant events from one’s life, including your very own birthing process, childhood falls and fears, teenage broken hearts, young adult life stresses and other events become unresolved, unprocessed and stuck in the body, All of life’s daily experiences accumulate in the body unprocessed and, unresolved. Unpleasant, challenging, unexpected, uncontrollable, reactive, reflexive emotional and physical events you have felt or experienced in your past are being held by your system. Ultimately, these bad or negative experiences from competitiveness with colleagues, arguments with friends, and even negative interactions with family are still energetically trapped in the body unprocessed and unresolved, creating internal physiological / energetic imbalances / complexes and patterns which eventually manifest into pain, physical and or mental symptoms.
You have a dis-ease within the body, and it is manifesting as the internal self-regulatory, self-healing mechanism, flow of CSF fluid is dampened affecting the Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems.
Unprocessed, unresolved negative experiences as well as physical injuries create in the mind-body complex physiological holding patterns which turn into pain, various symptoms and many common conditions.
Your body’s innate self-regulating and self-rejuvenating / healing ability is not functioning well enough to keep you healthy. You are holding on to too much stuff, both conscious and in most cases unconsciously.
Through Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Somato Emotional Release, Vagus Nerve Toning, Chiropractic Care, your body can release all that and your health can be restored.

Chakra or Meridian Points that are compromised
or out of balance can cause
many conditions, just to name a few:
TMJ
Temporo-Mandibular-Joint dysfunction is not a problem of the TMJ itself but rather an effect originating in the body.
Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a condition of the spine not caused by the spine itself; it is caused by trapped emotions and a disruption in the body’s central nervous system.
Headache
Nearly everybody suffers from a headache at some point in their lives.
Back, Neck Pain
Pain is a symptom, a sign that chakras, meridians and or aura of the body is energetically compromised.
Shoulder Pain
Shoulder pain is often directly correlated to issues in the neck and deficiency in cranial mobility at the back of the head.
Insomnia
Insomnia results when the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems are out of balance.
Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a condition of unprocessed emotion, the loss of mind-body connection. Causing among other things, many muscular trigger points.
Other Conditions
Dr. Kaminsky takes a holistic approach for each patient’s condition consisting of Craniosacral Therapy, Pranic Healing and other hands-on modalities.
Cerebro-Spinal Fluid – Life Force – Prana – Craniosacral Mechanism
Energetic Anatomy of the Human Body
Importance of Cerebro-Spinal Fluid Flow
Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (CSF) is a dynamic Life Force, an energetic, hydraulic liquid life material produced in your brain by the choroid plexus. It is liquid energy (Prana), it lives and flows within your head and spinal canal which is a major component of the Central Nervous System, the command center of your body.
Life Force
The capable healing properties of this G_dly fluid is acknowledged by many cultures and has been referred to throughout the centuries as Chi, Ki, Prana, Ruah, Mana, kundalini, healing energy, the wave, universal intelligence, Spirit, breath-of-life, etc. It is the flowing Life Force of energy sustaining human existence.
Prana
CSF flow restrictions form, in various patterns, when the nervous system can no longer overcome negative / bad emotional and or physical experiences stuck in the body unresolved and unprocessed. As a result, Prana is no longer flowing optimally through the body and your physiology is forced to adapt to a less than optimal bodily function disrupting your whole physical being. The craniosacral mechanism becomes impaired, which eventually causes your physical / emotional symptoms and eventually various medical conditions are formed as a result.
Craniosacral Mechanism
CSF flow is the nourishment for the body. The Craniosacral Mechanism pumps fluid through designated anatomical and energetic pathways which maintains active life force the body is dependent on. This is the Craniosacral Mechanism and without it we would not exist. The Craniosacral System was discovered by Dr. William Sutherland in the 1930’s and Craniosacral Therapy was developed by Dr. John Upledger in the early 1980’s.
Important to Understand
The restrictions placed on your body, and mechanism of physical body impairment is directly correlated to the amount of stuck emotion and trauma your physical body is holding on to. Unprocessed, unresolved emotions, life experiences and trauma (mental and physical) all have a negative energetic charge your body is harboring, sometimes for decades. Yes, emotions and negative experiences can leave unresolved unprocessed energies stuck in your physical body creating symptoms and many conditions.
For example, the restrictive onset and mechanism of impairment in fluid and energy flow forms from past felt unresolved negative emotions, physical trauma, concussion, sports injuries, car accidents, etc., the negative energy of which becomes stuck in the body creating numerous symptoms and various conditions. Your body, as a result, experiences less than optimal function. We can say impaired function.
Your Past Experience of Emotions Effect You Physically
To your nervous system, trauma and certain emotions carry a certain negative energetic charge which gets stuck / trapped in the body and causes an energetic disruption (energy cyst, energy stagnation, lack of energy flow, local energetic depletion, congestion of energy, etc.) within the chakras and meridian points that cause physical symptoms, subluxations, muscle spasms, muscle tightness, muscle stiffness, circulation issues, lymphatic drainage issues, etc., eventually leading to pain, then chronic pain, various symptoms, anxiety, depression, medical conditions, disease, neurological disorders, autoimmune or worse; silent killers such as heart attacks, strokes and potentially cancer.
Physical Birth Trauma
The birthing process can cause a physical trauma that can affect the energetic system early on, ultimately causing physical / emotional symptoms and or abnormalities. Such as Tongue Tie, Torticollis, Speech Impairment, Scoliosis, Colic, Reflux, speech delay, inability to thrive, etc. The very same parts of the energetic anatomy such as chakras, meridian points, aura becomes compromised in the newborn resulting in the expression of less-than-optimal health.
The expression of less-than-perfect health can manifest itself at any point in a person’s life. Furthermore, physical birth trauma can also affect the energetic system and become evident at any point in a person’s life.
Accidents, Falls, Dental Work and Physical Trauma
Accidents, Falls, Dental Work, Physical Trauma, etc., can all effect the Craniosacral System in a negative way as these things also carry a negative charge that becomes stuck in the physical body.
One of the more important factors is emotional state during and immediately after the incident that you have experienced. Another words, many physical accidents have a mental / emotional component attached, and this must be resolved first in order to improve the potential for physical and or emotional healing and ultimately most optimal health.
EMOTIONAL CENTERS – CHAKRAS
Five of the emotional – energetic centers where negative / unprocessed / unresolved energies can become stuck. These energy centers are also known as Chakras.
In Pranic Healing we work with 14 Chakras.

The father of Craniosacral Therapy, Osteopath Dr. John Upledger identified dampening energies and restrictions in the body, calling them Energy Cysts.
We don’t realize how much we don’t know about the importance the uninhibited, unrestricted flow of Cerebro-Spinal Fluid.
This is Why We Have Ailments
In scoliosis, TMJ, headache and other conditions, there are detrimental energetic physiological restrictions your body needs to overcome. A skilled practitioner can facilitate your body’s release of these stuck negative energetic compromises.

About Dr. Kaminsky & Craniosacral Therapy
Dr. Kaminsky earned his Chiropractic degree in the year 2000 and is licensed to practice in NY. He has since completed close to three thousand hours of continuing education seminars in various healthcare fields.
Since 2015, he is implementing primarily the hands-on techniques of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a gentle, non-invasive, laying of the hands that brings about reversal and restoration.
The Craniosacral Mechanism is the driver of moving fluid in the body and head called cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF), which is produced by the Choroid Plexus of the brain and encapsulated within the head and spine.
The craniosacral system is the hydraulic mechanism of a human being and is a component of the Central Nervous System (CNS) and (ANS) Autonomic Nervous system.
There is a function inside of your brain that autonomically generates rhythmic impulses that function to pump CSF throughout your body via the craniosacral pathways, regulating your central and peripheral nerves, nervous system and organ systems, musculoskeletal system, etc.
This moving fluid is palpable to a trained craniosacral therapist, like the heart rate, pulse rhythm, breath, that can all be seen, heard or felt, so too can the Cranial Sacral Rhythm (CSR) be palpated and diagnosed for its health.
By placing his or her hands on your body, including your head and sacrum, the therapist can detect, feel and evaluate the SQAR (symmetry, quality, amplitude, rate) of this fluid rhythm.
The health of your body and mind are dependent on the vitality of this fluid. Compromises of your CSR’s rhythmic impulse correlates to CSF flow restrictions in the system which, when the fluid isn’t flowing optimally, your bodily rejuvenation and recovery is affected.
With anatomically correct hand placement on different parts the body during a session, through gentle manipulation and mobilization the therapist guides and facilitates a positive change in that region of the body which brings forth a correction. A myofascial release in a sense.
A craniosacral therapist stimulates and helps your rhythm refocus, allowing for improvement of musculoskeletal tightness and spasms, neurological issues, organ function, many common conditions, pain, and the mind-body re-connect.
Through a practitioners properly focused and individually attuned touch, your body is facilitated to release channels of fluid stagnation and flow restriction, which ultimately breakthrough, overcome and improve your rhythmic fluid and your potential for health improvement.
The existence of the Craniosacral mechanism was first discovered by Osteopath Dr. William Sutherland in the early 1900’s, who called it Cranial Osteopathy. And many years later, renamed to Craniosacral Therapy by Osteopath, Dr. John Upledger.
