Adult Wellness Care
The World Health Organization defines “wellness” as “a state of complete well-being”. If you don’t have pain, it does not mean you are in optimal health. Even though you may seem physically healthy, you may be lacking in expressing your fullest health potential.
Wellness Care is a term that is misused and misunderstood. Yes, it is important to eat well and exercise. But, if you have energetic restrictions within the Chakras, Meridian Points or Biofield, if you have no outlet to release those restrictions, they will just keep on piling up. You are a ticking time bomb for potential health problems; It’s time you considered your entire emotional, spiritual and mind-body health.
To understand human wellness better it is important to understand how the body functions. Thereby realizing the benefits of wellness care.

What is True Wellness?
True wellness is when you are living at your fullest homeostatic, optimally functional physical, spiritual and emotional state. Meaning, when your energetic body and physical body are in sync. When you have a completely balanced nervous system, you continuously experience the feeling of peace. Your heart, lungs, digestion, etc. are all functioning at their highest most efficient capability. Your musculoskeletal system is not tight doesn’t ache, doesn’t have spasms, is without trigger points and there is absolutely no discomfort or pain. When you feel energized, full of life, happy and positive, you are living at your optimal expression of health and wellness.
Optimal expression of health is achievable through the unrestricted function of the energy body. Specifically the Chakras and meridian points.
The driving force responsible for the function of our energetic body and health of our physical body is the unrestricted energetic flow of Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (CSF) throughout the Central Nervous System (CNS) and the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). Comprised of Chakras and Meridian Points.
The CNS is the hydraulic system of the body which functions via Cerebro-Spinal Fluid flow. CSF is produced in the choroid plexus of the ventricle system in the brain and is channeled through the pumping action of the Craniosacral Mechanism.
The Craniosacral Mechanism involves the cranium, the sacrum and everything in the body above, beyond and in between. Including the brain, dural meninges, spine, spinal cord, interstitial system, fascia and energetic entities in and of the body.
Restricted Cerebro-Spinal Fluid flow affects the degree of our wellness. An optimal flow of CSF keeps the meridian channels clear and the chakras fully energized. The most important aspect of wellness is to have a clear meridian point function and a fully energized completely wholesome spinning of the chakra centers.
As a result, health is evident and is expressed through the optimal state of wellness in the human body. Mind, body and spirit is aligned, in tune and is evident through its wholesome expression of shining health. Learn more here.

About Dr. Kaminsky & Craniosacral Therapy
Having a Chiropractic background since the year 2000, Dr. Kaminsky offers many methods of treatment with an emphasis on Craniosacral Therapy in NYC.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a method focusing on the link between the cranium (head) and sacrum (the second to last bone at the base of your spine), scientifically proven to work in unison to pump fluid throughout the body, an unknown disruption of which can cause many health issues. The craniosacral mechanism pumps vital fluid called cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF) through the body and in a sense energetically lubricates the joints, tissues, organs; basically all cells of the body. It is the driving force of all your body’s systems of function; including maintaining the tone of your muscles.
The Central Nervous System (brain and spinal cord) are surrounded with CSF generating energetic rhythmic impulses of fluid delicately pumping throughout your body’s parts “breathing” the movement of life. This measurable rhythm of moving fluid, like the heart rhythm, pulse rhythm, breathing rhythm is the foundational “blueprint” and primary principle of our real-time state of our health.
Compromises of our rhythmic movements of fluid flow correlates to the impulse restrictions in the system which the body is unable to overcome or self-correct. This is the reason why we have “dis-ease”, symptoms, conditions, basically all ailments. This is where the skill of an experienced craniosacral therapist becomes valuable. By placing his or her hands on your body the practitioner can feel, detect, evaluate, and facilitate correction of these restrictive arrhythmic impulses.
The craniosacral therapist helps your rhythm restore and renew in compromised areas allowing for healing to take place of sensory, motor, musculoskeletal, neurological disorders, symptoms, conditions and pain.
