Our massage therapists are licensed by the New York State Department of Education and have a minimum of three years of work experience. Each therapist is individually screened by Dr. Kaminsky to ensure a high level of competency.
We only hire massage therapists that love what they do and try to ensure they possess a high level of skill and a pleasant bedside manner.
In addition, as most therapist are knowledgeable in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, we look for post graduate continuing education interests and place a high value on those therapist that continue to acquire new tools to work with. Especially those practitioners that are versed in craniosacral therapy.

We teach all our therapists to be conscious of energy hygiene. What is energy hygiene? It is a practice of conscious effort to not pass energies between patients and not to pass energies from a therapist’s hands to a client. Energy hygiene was developed by Grand Master Choi Kok Sui of Pranic Healing.
An example of non-energy hygiene practices of a massage therapist, where the client may be left feeling tired after a massage, acquires new pains or spasms that have not been there before, feeling nausea or a headache and most commonly just feeling drained.
